Private conversations

You do not need to provide a name to ask a question. You are responsible for safeguarding your private conversation link. Anyone with that link may read the conversation. Do not post another person's private information or content that threatens or harasses others.

Information and safety

Responses are for spiritual discussion and education; they are not a substitute for emergency assistance, professional medical care, or mental health services. This service is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a trusted adult.

Published content

The administrator may publish separately edited and anonymized versions of selected questions and answers. The administrator may moderate, remove, or close conversations or published content as appropriate.

SMS notification terms

Optional SMS signup may be available on private conversation pages. Students who opt in and verify their number can receive automated, non-marketing notifications when the ministry administrator replies, once outbound messaging is launched. Message frequency varies with conversation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to use the website. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance when outbound messaging is enabled. You may also disable notifications from your private conversation page. The phone verification process may send a verification code even while reply notifications are disabled. Applicable requirements for minors must be met before enrollment is enabled.
